Getting help
Most of the time you will be able to make changes yourself using this guide. But if something is not working, looks broken, or you are simply not sure — please reach out. We would much rather you ask than worry about it.
When to contact Entangle
Section titled “When to contact Entangle”Get in touch if:
- Something on the website looks broken or is not displaying correctly.
- A change you made did not appear, even after refreshing.
- Enquiry notification emails have stopped arriving and you have already checked spam and the notification address (see Forms & enquiries).
- You want to do something that is not covered in this guide.
- You are unsure and would rather check before changing something.
How to reach us
Section titled “How to reach us”Email the Entangle support team. We will get back to you and, where helpful, jump in to make the change with you.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more you tell us up front, the faster we can help. Please include:
- The page URL — the web address of the page where you noticed the problem.
- What you were trying to do — for example, “I was updating the phone number in Site Settings.”
- What happened — what you saw, including any error message, in your own words.
- A screenshot — a picture of the screen is often worth a hundred words. Most computers let you capture one with a keyboard shortcut and paste it straight into an email.
There is no such thing as a silly question. Send through whatever you have and we will take it from there.
