Forms & enquiries

The contact and enquiry forms on your website are powered by WPForms. Every time someone fills in a form, two things happen: the enquiry is saved in your website, and a notification email is sent so you know about it. This page shows you where to find enquiries and how to keep the email alerts working.

Every submission is stored in WPForms, even if the email alert fails.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click WPForms, then Entries.
  2. You will see a list of your forms. Click a form to see all the enquiries submitted through it.
  3. Each row is one enquiry, with the date and a preview.
  1. From WPForms → Entries, open a form’s entry list.
  2. Click View on a row (or click the entry) to open it.
  3. You will see every field the person filled in — their name, email, message, and so on.

From here you can reply to them using their email address, mark the entry, or print it.

Notification emails are configured per form.

  1. Go to WPForms in the left-hand menu and find the form you want.
  2. Click to edit the form.
  3. Open the Settings tab, then Notifications.
  4. Here you can see and change the email address that alerts are sent to, the subject line, and the message.

Click Save after any change.

If enquiries are still showing up under Entries but the email alerts have stopped, check these in order:

  1. Spam / junk folder — the alert may have been filtered. Search for the form’s subject line and mark it “not spam”.
  2. Notification email address — open the form’s Settings → Notifications and confirm the address is correct and spelled right.
  3. Hosting email — websites sometimes have trouble sending email reliably. If the address is correct and nothing is in spam, the issue may be with how the hosting sends mail. At that point, contact the Entangle team (see Getting help).
